pals - part 2

Kanishka (the last “a” is silent) - Lets start with KM more fondly called General Missile or my fav “Motu” !! This guy is one amazing chap when it comes to wearing the right formals, the right tie, cufflings and more importantly perfumes. I still remember at Modesto’s S’pur, he teached us how to fold table napkins so that it looks neat. Coming from a family of self made people, Gen missile will have fun at TCS I’m sure. I can’t forget the Malaysia trip with this dude. It was one of the best self realization trips for me, thanx to his talk. KM we (me and u know who) can’t thank you enough for all the support in bringing us to where we belong. The Citibank mail analogy was jus so cool. I think the talks we’ve had have made me more aware of myself, for which I can’t thank you enough.

Harshad – believe me he has all the guuns(lakshan, characterstic {for the videshi janta, reading this blog}) of “the Bull : Harshad Mehta”. His tips in stocks have helped some small time investors like K, S to mint some money. This talk, lean and lanky guy from Infy is heading to TCS with KM, Goobster and Shaushank. Hershey as Nadi calls him, is just like this Hershey choc, comes in lots of moods. Founding member of the Mac club of SPJ, you can never possibly find him without his Mac (Mac is a laptop, although Harshad and KM still don’t agree, but it’s a white notebook, just like the white uncles in Dubai) from where to where…………..Harshads words have time and again, made me think and wonder, reflect and more importantly look at things from certain perspectives, I never thought existed. His straight forwardness is something to take home and practice. Hey Hershey hope to see you in Mumbai.

Saba – one of the first GLM girls I met on orkut, and believe you me, what a relief it was. Another Ex-Infy and now a Maersky, Sabzi is sure to go places. Hey Saba, will never forget the talk we had tht day, close to the parking in the evening……!!! This sharp girl was the highest scorer in the M – Test. One company that will regret missing out on a Perfect candidate is i2 Tech. !! Her attitude combined with her aptitude is sure to take her places. Her support for the cause cannot be undermined, infct without her and JP (to be talked next) things would have not reached the stage they are at this point in time.

Anju – the Silent Killer – Undo – JP – “signs (2) one at the pizza place (whole heart thing) and one on Suman’s (to be talked next) car” is all that comes to my mind. And them comes this image of this quite / shy / silent girl strikes me and I wonder is this the same Anju. Her SMS and the pep talk have been a source of inspiration. She is heading to Danzas, and is gonna have a gr8 time with doing what she always wanted to do. One care taker to all, well wished for all, Anju stands apart. Not to mention the “Upma Rice” she made today. Anju I’m telling you with Bhujiya and Sauce it wud taste amazing. Try it. And hey JP thanx for being supportive of the cause.

Suman – the dude – wassup – whats the P – are the takiakalams tht clearly tell you that you are in company of one of the finest NV eaters, and someone who took us traveling at 180 Km/hr in his Concord. This chochlate lover, when comes to work, will giv it his best. The problem is tht, he does so less, that we miss out on some amazing inputs. Clearly the sign of someone who when it comes to working and putting his heart will giv it his best. Very straight forward in his talking, he does not like beating around the bush. His fun loving and carefree attitude and enjoying every moment in life have been a source of my having fun. His help in every little way tht he could for the cause cannot be forgotten. I still remember him telling me that – “Dude wht man, stop using tech. and “talk” get it, get a life, make the most of it and talk” !!! Thanx suman the phool !!!

One person still to go………………..and it’s coming soon………….

Whenever I see all these people I’ve talked about in Part I and II, it just reiterates my firm believe that “with friends you don’t have to say a thing, they understand, and with enemies it does not matter, even if u say, they never will understand. That’s my philosophy (obv. Adopted, but something I very strongly believe in).
